We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,I would like to change the text on the form (see screenshot).
I don't find the option on the Amelia admin?
Can I add a placeholder on the select services field?
Thank you.
Best regards
Hi Antony,
Thank you for your inquiry.
Service and Employee labels can be changes in our Labels Settings on the Settings page, but all three 'service', 'employee' and 'Please select service' labels can be changed in our translation files, so I advice you to change everything there.
"Can I add a placeholder on the select services field?" - This cannot be done with a built in features, you would need to change innerHTML.
Best regards.
Hi,
Thank you for you quick answer.
What is the folder to edit the file to modify the placeholder? (see image attached). I didn't find it (yet).
Thank you so much.
Hello Antony
You can't modify the placeholder since we don't have a placeholder on our fields., so you won't be able to find them anywhere.
Like Isidora said - this can't be done with any built-in features, but instead would have to be custom developed (probably) with innerHTML and/or JavaScript.
That is something we can't help you with as custom work isn't included in the provided support for the plugin.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
