It works when i create an appointment in the amelia calendar but when i make one in Google or delete the one i made in Amelia in my google calendar nothing happens.
Appointments created in Amelia will be created in your Google calendar, but the Events created in your Google calendar won't be created in Amelia, only the time slots of these events will be blocked for booking if they have status Busy and if the option Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots in Amelia -> Settings -> Integrations -> Google calendar is enabled.
When you delete event created from Amelia appointment in your Google calendar, this won't cancel the Amelia appointment. You need to cancel/delete appointments in Amelia, if they are created there.
If you have any further questions feel free to ask.
OK thanks for explaining this. I still have u huge bug/problem.
I set my available time slots from 9.00 till 18.30. But the first available option i can pick on the website is 11.00, when it should be 9.00? Then it says on google calendar i have an appointment on 11.00. But when i check the appointments on amelia in wordpress it says i have one on 9.00?
It also says i'm still available at 19.30 when the working hour stops at 18.30.
I've added the hours at general setting and at the personal employee hours (see image)
Please check what is the timezone setting in your WordPress general settings. You need to set it to your city timezone, as this setting applies to Amelia as well, and if it isn't set to your timezone there can be a mismatch in the time slots on the front-end and the back-end.
Don't know why i didn't think of this. Was pretty obvious.
Still have one more problem and then i'm good to go. The theme style (i work with elementor) takes over the styling of the form. Any way to block this? Because it doesn't look good (see image). The best solution would be if i can switch the H1, H2, H3, H4... settings.
Unfortunately, conflicts can happen because of the nature of WordPress. There isn't a possibility to block this as they are somehow overriding our CSS. Please send me the URL of the page where you have this so I will try to help out with some custom CSS.
There isn't a possibility to have two strings on the front-end for one string in the back-end, unfortunately. This is one string in the po/mo files and you can't have two variations for the same string.
If you have any other questions or issues feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help.
Hello
I followed the instructions on https://wpamelia.com/configuring-google-calendar/ to connect the calendar to Amelia.
It works when i create an appointment in the amelia calendar but when i make one in Google or delete the one i made in Amelia in my google calendar nothing happens.
Any idea how i can fix this?
Kind regards,
Batiste
Hello Batiste,
Thank you for your purchase.
This is how the Google sync works in Amelia:
Appointments created in Amelia will be created in your Google calendar, but the Events created in your Google calendar won't be created in Amelia, only the time slots of these events will be blocked for booking if they have status Busy and if the option Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots in Amelia -> Settings -> Integrations -> Google calendar is enabled.
When you delete event created from Amelia appointment in your Google calendar, this won't cancel the Amelia appointment. You need to cancel/delete appointments in Amelia, if they are created there.

Hello Batiste,
You are welcome.

Hey Marija,
there might be one more thing.
I know how to change the strings in the langauge file to change certain words.
But what if i wanted to change 'categorie' on the first part but want to keep it on the third part of the appointment checkout? (see images)
I'd like to change the first 'categorie' to 'Kies een product'.
Thanks in advance
