We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

We are open from 19:00 to 27:00.
However, after business hours, you cannot select after 24:00.
How can I set it up?

    Hello YutaSato,

    Thank you for your purchase.

Please note that the available time slots are set by configuring the employees' work hours, not the company work hours' in the Amelia -> Settings.

Unfortunately, there isn't a possibility to set one work time period that will cover two days in Amelia. You can only achieve what you need, if you create two work time periods for the days when you work - so one work time period would be from 24:00 till 3:00 and the second one from 19:00 till 24:00. Be aware of the days when you don't work at all, so, for example, you won't create the first work time period for Monday if you don't work at all on Sundays.

When you go to the Work Hours tab you can click on the 'pencil' icon and edit that work time period, and by clicking on the '+' sign next to Apply to All days you add a new work time period.

    Hope this helps.
