Can Amelia take multiple bookings and payments for the same timeslot? My client is a gym pt instructor that runs online classes on Zoom. She needs to take payments and have people notified of the 'meeting' details

OK I have got individual clients can't make multiple bookings and pay for them in the same booking transaction.
That's not actually the main question or requirement.
This is a booking for an online gym class where many people need to be able to book and pay for the same class in the same time-slot. That is the question. Can Amelia accomodate that? Or does it only allow on person to book a time and then exclude that time from availability?
I checked the Demo. It is really nice. I can't get past to the payment obviously as it is a demo. I have a question or two about that phase.
1) Will people have to reenter details that they already entered for the booking when they pay, or will that auto-populate on the payments page?
2) Will people have to enter full details like addresses when they pay, or can they just enter Card, name and email? (I.e) less details.
3) Will the system, or stripe, or Paypal remember some of their details so that they don't have to enter that everytime?
4) Can each event, product or service have it's own 'thank you page' that it is diverted to, where peope can be given joining details. (Happy for this to be my own URL's. That will in fact be better)
5) Does Amelia integrate with email auto-responders or CRM's, or does it send it's own emails natively. If it does integrate,with which ones and where can I read about that?
This depends on which online payment you choose, any online payment they choose they will be redirected to their accounts So if they are browsing your site through their computer and if they are logged in to their accounts, they will not need to populate all the fields, they will be automatically populated.

Yes there is a checkout page after the booking is completed, you can enter your own URL in the Amelia Settings->General settings and enter your URL in Redirect URL After Booking field.
Please keep in mind that this is not possible if you choose WooCommerce, Woo must go to their own cart page after the booking.
5) We do have our own Email and SMS notifications, you can find more info about them in the link below.

Sorry to disappoint you but unfortunately none of the requested features are available at the moment.
We do have in plan to add multiple bookings at once and deposit payments as well for some of the future updates.

I'm a bit confused. Since raising this ticket I found one of your pages that says this:

Does that mean one individual can make a group booking or does it say it can do what i am asking for?

Customer can book individual or group trainings. You can take a look also at our demo sites https://wpamelia.com/demos/
The problem here is that the customer can not book multiple time slots at once, for example:
Customer can not go to your page and book training for Monday, Tuesday etc on one go.
They will need to book for Monday, then go back on your page and book for Tuesday etc.
So block bookings, repeat payments or subscriptions are not possible.

For each appointment or event booking you can set the different URL.
I suppose you want to use Event booking, so for the event there is a setting where you can set the desired URL
Same is for the Appointments.

There are general/global settings and there are also a specific settings for each appointment/event.
