    I have three services and each service has two extra options  - each extra option is the same price.  I am receiving bookings and I can see by the amount paid that they ordered an extra, but I don't see anywhere in the dashboard or the notifications, which extra was ordered. Where do I see what optional extra they ordered?

    Hello Bill McLester, 

    Thank you for your purchase. 

    In order to get the extra information in the email notification, you need to add placeholders for all extras to the notification, and then in the email you will get the one that is booked with that service for that appointment. When you click on </> Show Email Placeholder in Amelia -> Notifications and find the placeholders for extras in the list copy and paste them to the Message field one by one. 

    IN the back-end of Amelia you can see the Extra that is chosen for the appointment when you edit that appointment in the appointments list on the Appointments page.
