Greetings, when submitting a email with an added email placeholder the email get sent with the email placeholder and not the actual text.
%customer_full_name% gets sent back in the email and not the Customers name.
Please kindly advice on how I could correct this?
Apologies this would be the employee notification would like it to let the employee know the name of the customer however it only returns back the placeholder and not the name.

Could you please tell me have you copied the placeholder from the placeholders list? If not, please open the placeholders list in Amelia -> Notifications (when you click on </> Show All Placeholders), click on the placeholder and paste it to the Message field.
If this doesn't help please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your website so I can check this out. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
