In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Could you please tell me have you added Google Maps Api key to Amelia -> Settings -> General? If yes, then this is maybe the cause of the issue.
This is needed for the Maps API to work properly:
You need to enable all necessary APIs in your Google Console:
Also, you have to add your billing account. You can read more about this here.
After doing that you should enter the Google Map API Key in Amelia -> Settings -> General Settings.
If you haven't added the Google Maps API key, could you please check if you have some errors in the Console log when you open the Company modal in Amelia -> Settings?
