Would you please give me step by step instruction to create a yoga class.
According to all the demos that I have seen so far, Ameila needs to create a service call "yin yoga class" under catalog "yoga". Once done, customer come and find "yin yoga class" and choose a time - booking the appointment. This is however not what most of the yoga and fitness studios operate.
In my mind, I create a yin yoga class when I have the time, say Wednesday 9am to 10am. Instructor, say Mary.Yin yoga class is under catalog of Yoga. Customers see the yin yoga class exists in a calendar or a list, select it, pay for it. Is this an Amelia "event"? It is definitely NOT booking an appointment.
I don't have any step-by-step instructions on how to create any of our demo sites. Those are just for examples, to see how Amelia can be used on a WordPress website.
You can create Categories in which each class will be saved as Services.
The appointment view can be made only on specific days, if you go to your Employee's profile, remove Working Hours, and add Special Days. Then, they would be able to select the class, the instructor, and they would see the calendar with only available dates and times. So, they can book a class.
If you need to host events, that span over a few days at the same time, you are correct, and you can use events.
Please feel free to browse through our documentation, as it covers all plugin's features.
