Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

Before I purchased the full plugin, I was able to see the calendar first then book. Once I added multiple people and extras the add people and extras choice is the first thing I see now. This is not the best UX. Can this be changed?

Also is it possible to show all the extras at once instead of having to keep clicking down?

I would like the user to choose their time on the calendar, then enter the number of people and then select any additional extras that they would like then book.

Is this something that would require additional costs?

    Hello Matt

This is how the plugin works.

If you assign multiple employees to your services, and offer extras for those services, the customers will first need to select those before they get to the calendar.

To get straight to the calendar, you would need to remove extras, and add the shortcode only for a specific employee. For example [ameliabooking employee=1]

You may also want to explore the other two views [ameliacatalog] and [ameliasearch]. Perhaps one of them will work better for you.

What you're asking is not possible with plugin's built-in features. Even as a customization request, I'm not sure if it can be done since it would require changing the logic of our plugin.

Our development team is working on adding a new customize feature, so hopefully you'll be able to choose how the form will look like and what will come first. I hope this will be included in the new feature, although I can't say for sure.

    Kind Regards,
