Amelia looks almost perfect for a client project. There is one feature I do not see that I hope you have or that may be in development.
The features is the ability to have a finite number of resources (not people) that would be applicable across all events and appointments, and either selected by the user, or automatically without the user knowing.
Example One: Event Resource
Resource: Microphones
This example would be for events. The example would be that we have 4 microphones and multiple events. So, when an event is created, we would be able to reserve a microphone, or two microphones required for the event.
If another event was scheduled in another room, only the remaining microphones would be available.
Example Two: Services
Resource: Conference Rooms
This is another example. We have a service, let's call it a One-on-One Session. We also have another service called a Deep Dive Session.
We have 3 Conference Rooms. A Conference Room is required for either a One-on-One Session or a Deep Dive Session.
Having a finite Conference Room Resource would prevent us from booking 2 One-on-One Sessions and 2 Deep Dive Sessions at the same time, which shouldn't be possible in our business because we only have the 3 available conference rooms.

Thank you in advance for taking the time to read this.
There is a good chance we will use your plugin. I'd love to hear that the idea of FINITE Resources were on your development roadmap.
Unfortunately we do not have resource booking in our plugin. Sometimes our users are using employees as resources, but in your use case I think that is not possible to cover first part o your query.
