Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

    Dear support,

We've created our first event this last weekend. It worked fine, but the translation and color layout did not followed the same configuration as the services.

Please, help us to fix this issue.

    Thanks !

    Gustavo

    Hello Gustavo,

Could you please tell me have you deleted your browser's cache? If yes, could you please send me the URLs for the pages where you have your services and your events so I can check the colors out.

Regarding translation, we provide Amelia in  English and the translations to other languages are done by our users, and they send us their translations to have them after updates and for other users to use them as well. So, it can happen that not all strings are translated to some language.

Strings can be translated using POEDIT or Loco Translate for example. If you want to use POEDIT then this is the instruction:

    1. Download Amelia from TMS Store

    2. Unzip the downloaded file.

    3. Download and install POEDIT

    4. Open the program and open the file from the extracted folder on your computer ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/wpamelia-fr_FR.po.

    5. Translate the missing strings.

    6. Save the translation.

    7. Go to ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/ folder and copy these two files - wpamelia-fr_FR.po and wpamelia-fr_FR.mo back to your website to the location ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/.

This is an example for French language, but you will choose yours.

Please note that this change will be overridden when you update Amelia, so you will need to replace the folder for your language after each update of the plugin. If you translate the missing strings only, if you want you can send us your translation and we will include it in the plugin.

If you have any further questions feel free to ask.
