I had an issue with the search filter not escaping character properly. Anytime I want to pre-filter the table with the value that i am searching for, it will not be able to find it. Instead it will see it as a new value.

Test Case:

https://sporevidencealliance.ca/cpg-database/?wdt_search=Canadian%20Men%27s%20Health%20Foundation ---> This will show up as `Canadian Men/'s Health Foundation` but the table will see this as new value instead the value that already exist `Canadian Men's Health Foundation` in the database.

Is there a way to fix it?
