We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

We want to allow customers to book more than one at event at a time however when an event is added to the WooCommerce cart (when there's already an event in the cart) it clears the first event.
I've changed the setting in WooCommerce on that product to enable multiple products to be added so the issue must be from the Amelia end. Can you please help?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to book multiple events/services in Amelia with its current built-in features. Only one event can be booked at a time. This is also the case if you use WooCommerce as a payment option, you can't add more events to the cart and pay for them at once. In Amelia only one event can be booked and paid for in one booking. We have this in our feature request list and I will add your vote to it, but for now we can't say when and how it will be implemented and released.
