Hello! Enjoying learning the interface. Very cool stuff. A few questions.

     - Is there a comprehensive list of shortcodes? The option to view and insert from the page editor disappears when you use Gutenberg.

     -  I'd like to display 4 of my 6 categories in the catalogue view (splitting my services into 2 separate booking pages for redirect and SEO purposes) Do you have a shortcode to use multiple categories in one catalogue?

     - Can you create package deals? (ie. if I sold 4 music lessons, they would be able to pay up-front for all 4 lessons, but be able to redeem them at their choice. I think I can do a workaround with a coupon deal but I'd have to upkeep that to make sure people don't book without paying, and I'd have to keep a ledger.)

     - Do I have to manage all pending approvals through Wordpress?

I hope to hear back soon. Thank you for the good setup docs.

    Best,

    Phil

(Please excuse the layout mess on my website, use to the freedom of HTML and CSS, wordpress is so clunky....)

    Hello Phil

    Thank you for your purchase.

You can see the full list of shortcodes in our FAQ:

    https://wpamelia.com/faq/

Unfortunately, you can only choose one category to be displayed through the shortcode, like:

    [ameliacatalog category=1]

Unfortunately, at the moment we don't have a bulk purchase option. We're looking into adding that as a feature, but until then I can offer a work-around.

You can create a service which would be named "Bulk Purchase" for example, and it would cost a certain amount. Then, you would need to create a 100% discount coupon which could be used 9 times, and limit the usage to 9 per customer, like this:

My advice would also be to enable the notifications, so they get an e-mail with the discount coupon, explaining that they need to use the coupon for the remaining 9 sessions:

You would need to add the %coupon_1% placeholder to the e-mail, so they get the coupon code they can use.

After someone books the first appointment, they receive an e-mail with it, and they use it to book the remaining 9 sessions.

    I hope this helps.

You do need to manage all pending approvals through WordPress.

    Kind Regards,

Thank you! This is a helpful workaround.

I believe my service is set up the right way.

Where can I change the coupon notification ?
Is there a way to send service-specific notifications? (if I just wanted to send the zoom link on virtual bookings)

    Hello Phil,

Aleksandar is out of the office, so I will help out.

You can add a placeholder for the coupons to the email notifications on the Amelia -> Notifications page. Just click on the </> Show Email Placeholders, find the coupon and copy/paste it to the Message field if the notifications. This way when customer book a service that you have this coupon for they will get it in their notification.

Unfortunately, there isn't a way to send different notifications per service in Amelia, but when you add a placeholder for a Zoom meeting link to email notifications, if the service has Zoom enabled, the link will be sent in the notification for booked appointments for that service, and for services that don't have Zoom enabled it won't be sent/this placeholder will be empty.

If you have any further questions feel free to ask.
