Hey everyone!
With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Warm regards and happy holidays!

Considering switching from another system, but need to know the following:
1. Using Stripe - do clients get automatically reimbursed if they cancel appointments?
2. Is it possible to set the SMS outgoing phone number to ours?
3. Is there any plan or even possibility to develop an iOS app for managing booking?
4. Is it possible to change the provider (employee) for an appointment by the admin without canceling payment and notifying the client. We sometimes have last min changes and don't want to bother clients with our internal shifts.
5. How is the booking of the same time slot managed? We are limited by the space - we can't serve more than 1 client at a time, but we may have a few employees available.
Btw. none of your backend demos seem to be working.
Hi Andrei,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
1. No, you would need to do this manually at the moment.
2. Sorry, I am not sure that I understand this question, can you please explain in more details?
3. At the moment we don't have this in our plan unfortunately but our plugin is responsive and use can use it from iPhones and iPads (there are some small issues on which we are currently working and if you find some new ones you can always send us, we will fix them for next updates).
4. Yes, of course it is possible. You can edit appointment from the back-end (just be sure that employee on which you want to reassign the appointment has the same or similar set of working hours, and assigned the same service).
5. If you have a few employees but place only for 1 customer at the time I would suggest using our Google calendar sync and connecting all employees to the same calendar. In that way once customer schedules the appointment, it is automatically added to the calendar and other employees become unavailable.
Best regards.
