We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I truly like Amelia ... yet, I cannot make the Integrations work. I have created and installed credentials for both Google Calendar and Zoom. Neither work.
When I go to "Employees" and seek to connect an employee's Amelia calendar with his Google Calendar I get an error message: "Unable to connect to Google Calendar" then, "Request failed with status code 500."
When I click on "Connect to Google Calendar" I am shunted to a screen that says my own domain has not been verified ... Not sure how I got there, since it has been functional for more than a decade ...
I have totally redone both sets of credentials twice, thinking that I may have incorrectly created them to begin with. I am reasonably certain that I have done it correctly.
On my Google Cloud Platform page for Amelia, it appears that everything is proper, yet, when I click on OAuth consent screen, it notes that Amelia must be submitted for verification. Before I prepare it for verification, I wanted to check to make certain that is a necessary step ...the video tutorial on setup mentioned nothing about this requirement.
I have successfully embedded the calendar on an appropriate page. I can click on a date, and on a time - those work. When it comes to payment (using my Paypal) the hourglass just spins for eternity and doesn't go through to my Paypal site.
Everything else about the app works great ... except a couple of features that I really need.
It is unlikely that I'll actually use the Zoom integration, but, would be nice if it worked as well.
I use Wordpress. Hosted by Godaddy.
It's got to be easier than this!
Hello Stephen
Thank you for your purchase.
The 500 Internal Server Error is a server-side error, meaning the problem probably isn't with your computer, Internet connection or plug ins but instead is a problem with the website's server.
Can you please investigate your server log and see if there are some errors.
As for Google, do you mean this?
If yes - it is explained in our documentation about employees.
This is happening because the verification is not yet complete, and you simply need to click on “Advanced” and then on “Go to your-website (unsafe)“, and you will be redirected to the next screen where you need to allow Amelia to access the calendar.
Please let me know if that helps.
If not, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
