I have been having continuous fatal errors on my site due to Amelia and I'd like to get a refund if possible. I purchased on 3/31/20, so I know I"m past the 15 day window, but it just is not working for me at all.
I use Divi and I had a conversation with someone on chat on 4/2 who said that I could install some code that would make it work better, but my site keeps crashing even with it installed.
I've attached the most recent email from WP about this error. I've got about a dozen of these over the past month.
Please let me know.

Ok, wait, I guess I didn't think this through because I am actually still using Amelia for my booking calendar and if you give me a refund I assume that it won't work anymore.
That actually will not be good.
