We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi,

I’m looking at isling your platform as I’m opening a mobile car wash which will require customers to book and schedule a time slot.

The question I have.... I’m using wpforms for my clients to register and login. Do you also have register and login forms or will I still need to use wpforms?

Also will my clients be able to track their booking history once they’ve logged in and selected their booking history? Just want to check if these facilities are available on your platform and if they are do you have tutorials available?

    Many thanks

    Craig

    Hi Craig,

Thanks so much for your interest.

We have booking forms and customers can fill in form while booking. You can add custom fields to the booking form so you can ask what is relevant to you.

We do not have login for the website, if you need that option you will have to use some other plugin for that part, but we have front-end customer panel, where customer can see booking history and manage their appointments and events. Take a look at this video to see how it looks.

Hope this helps and let me know if you have any other questions!
