We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
I followed all the instructions for the Zoom integration, but it isn't working. Zoom appointments are not created and no notification links are sent out.
Am I missing something?
Hi Enzo, I'm an Amelia User, and I've tried the Zoom integration.
I had to manually insert the Zoom links into the notification emails. I believe that what Zoom integration does is to retrieve the user's zoom links, both the host and the participant's but it wont create anything on the zoom side.
I havent tried it after last week's change, but I think it should be mostly the same.
Hope it helps.
Thanks Roger,
It's my understanding that the Zoom meetings and links should be automatically generated, otherwise it's not much of an integration.
It works on their demo site as you can see from the screenshot attached.
Hello,
I configured ZOOM yesterday. API keys must be added and do not forget to assign the ZOOM account to an employee. Then add the SHORTCODE in the notification.
Thanks Jonathan, as I said in my post, I configured Zoom correctly as per instructions.
The problem is that it doesn't work, otherwise I wouldn't be here, would I?
Hello Enzo
Since you went through our configuration documentation, I assume you verified all services and events have Zoom enabled, and your employees are connected to their Zoom accounts.
If you verify these points and Zoom still doesn't work for you, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Ok, I think I figured out the problem. If you add %service_description% in the Zoom Meeting agenda field, it won't create a zoom meeting if the service description is too long. Shortening the description or using a different placeholder for the filed, got rid of the problem...
That's an interesting feedback, Enzo
I will forward it to our development team, so they can test it, and fix it for one of our future updates.
If you have any further questions or issues, please feel free to open a new ticket, and we'll gladly help.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
