Apologies for replying late, we are not working on weekends.
Could you please check if you followed the instructions for setting up email notifications in our documentation that you can find here? We provided an example for setting up SMTP using Gmail, but it can be done with any other mail service provider, you need to know their configuration for SMTP though. If you use Gmail please try both of the options for Port and Secure we provided : 465 with SSL and 587 with TLS.
If you have some other plugin in your WordPress for SMTP/sending emails you need to choose the WP Mail as a Mail service in Amelia and it will use that other plugin's configuration for sending emails.
Some hosting providers don't allow SMTP communication on their servers for some email providers like Gmail or have their own configuration, so if nothing above helped please check this out with your hosting. The Sender Mail is just the email from which notifications will be seen as sent, so you can check this out with your hosting as well, if they need some domain specific address here.
Hello,
I'm adding valid gmail id in "Sender Mail". I'm not getting any email notification on Appointment Approved.
Is it necessary to add domain specific email id to "Sender Mail" in notification?

Let me know if this helped.
