    Hi Amelia Developers,

    I have a few questions before we are going to go any furthure with the purchase of your plugin. Your help is already apreciated. Thank you!

    1. Is the admin / management side of the plugin mobile friendly (can it view/edit jobs)?
    2. Can the manager/admin get an email every time one of the staff or customers updates their profile?
    3. Is there a way to add regional fields in order to assign each profile to customers in a specific region or an option to view globally?
    4. Can we please have an automatic reminder for  jobs that are outstanding for a defined period of time?
    5. Is it possible to have a cancellation fee assigned to all bookings that are cancelled 48/24h before the event?
    6.  Can we have invoices from staff members generated automatically based upon the appointments that have been fulfilled at their chosen period of time (weekley or monthly)? Can we have a paid / unpaid status?
    7. When clients are requesting a service, can we hve a drop down menu for them to select specific skill sets (automatically set to ANY), the skill set should be populated in the staff profile and only sent to those members matching the requirements.  Also can we have documents uploaded to staff profile with an expiry date associated?
    8. Is there an option for bulk booking for a customer to have associated more than one staff member for same day/ same hours or same day different hours. If bulk booking is possible can the client choose to either be alerted for it once all the bookings have been assgined to staff members or after each individual request is fulfilled?

    Hi Silviu,

    Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

    1. Yes, it is, it is responsive and everything can be done through mobile also.

    2. Unfortunately we don't have this option at the moment. Here you can see which types of emails we have.

    3. Unfortunately we don't have this option, all customers are shown on the one general list.

    4. I didn't understand this question, can you please explain in more details?

    5. We don't have cancellation fee option. You can set 'Minimum time required before canceling' and restrict from canceling 24 or 48 hours before the appointment.

    6. On the link that I sent  you in 2nd answer you can see all types of notification that we have for customers and employees, and you can also login to our demo site here and go to the notifications page and see them all. As for the payment status, on our Finance page you can track which appointments are Paid and which are in Pending status.

    7. Unfortunately these options are not supported at the moment.
