With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.

1. Yes, it is, it is responsive and everything can be done through mobile also.
2. Unfortunately we don't have this option at the moment. Here you can see which types of emails we have.
3. Unfortunately we don't have this option, all customers are shown on the one general list.
4. I didn't understand this question, can you please explain in more details?
5. We don't have cancellation fee option. You can set 'Minimum time required before canceling' and restrict from canceling 24 or 48 hours before the appointment.
6. On the link that I sent you in 2nd answer you can see all types of notification that we have for customers and employees, and you can also login to our demo site here and go to the notifications page and see them all. As for the payment status, on our Finance page you can track which appointments are Paid and which are in Pending status.
7. Unfortunately these options are not supported at the moment.
