Question before purchasing.
We have a Dev, Test and Production environments. Does it consider into 1 domain since only 1 (Production) domain is public facing?

Thank you for your purchase.
Unfortunately, no. Every installation instance is considered as a domain, so you would need to deactivate the license from one installation, and activate it on the other one if you want to use the Basic license.
