Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

I've set the time that someone can schedule an appointment at 30 min before.  The system is pushing the time to 5 hours.  So when I came to work this morning at 9am.  The scheduler wouldn't let anyone make an appointment until after 2pm.  I moved it to disable and it only moved it back 30 min... please help

its 6:30am.  The system is saying that my barbers schedule is full all the way to 11:30 am. The problem is...  there are appointments available.  I have my time set to 30 min before an appointment can be made NOT 5 hours....   this is unacceptable and worthless to my business.   Eather help me fix it or give me my money back...

    Hello Leroy

    Thank you for your purchase.

I'm sure there's something not configured correctly, since the plugin works just fine.

Please check what time zone your WordPress General setting says, and if it's the correct time zone. If it checks out, then check if "Time available for booking in advanced" is set to less than 5 hours.

If that too checks out please take a look at the service, since this can be configured per service individually.

If nothing helps, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.

You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Please note that our working hours are from 10:00 - 17:00, CET, Mon - Fri. We're not prioritizing anyone, and we're going through tickets in the order in which they appear. Due to an increased amount of tickets our response times are longer than expected.

    Kind Regards,
