Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

    Hi There,

We have set up a WP Website for a client who runs here own business where she works at multiple locations. Is there any way to set her up as an Employee at 2 locations? Seems that I can only select one location per employee.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Regards

    Dan

    Hello Dan,

    Thank you for your purchase.

There is a possibility to set the employees to work on different locations at different times. You choose one default location in the Details tab for that employee, but when you go to the Work Hours tab you can set different work time periods for each day in the week and assign different services and locations to each work time period.

When you click on the 'pencil' icon you can edit that work time period, and by clicking on the '+' sign next to Apply to All days you add a new work time period.

There isn't a possibility to set different locations for one work time period, though, if that is what you want to achieve. If this is what you need, you can create a custom field for the services where customers can choose one of the options that you set or write their own address or similar. You can read more about custom field following this link

If you have any further questions feel free to ask.
