The newly bought plugin does not work with Thrive Architect. The default pop-up mode works, and a simple page made by trhe WP editor also. But when want to do the same with a page template built in Thrive Architect, when clicking the Details button, the %Column name% placeholder does not substitute the corresponding value from the selected table row.
I am very angry and upset. For more than 2 weeks the bought plugin is not working as it is advertised. The communication is outrageously slow, every reply takes at least 3 days. In this time a postal-pigeon would arrive sooner from Belgrade. I gave full access to my website, and the license for Thrive Architect, everything you need to fix the problem. In 2 weeks the only (5-minutes idea, not checked!) solution was a change in a module that was efficient like a wet compress on a wooden leg. Then nothing.
I am sure, nobody is working on my problem, while I am losing money because I trusted your advertisements. Not a fair attitude and a very wrong method to keep your customers. I am very tempted to make this post public.

That is not absolutely true, because if someone read this (other customers) they will think that our product is not working at all.
Correct sentence will be "For more than 2 weeks the bought plugin is not working as it is advertised with my Thrive Architect page" (3td party plugin)
Our add-on works perfectly with all other mostly used page builders like Elementor, Divi builder, Gutenberg, WPBakary... because they are not overwrite the_content hook which is WordPress built in hook for filter page content that is used in our add-on.
Unfortunately the issues like conflicts with third party plugins or themes are always possible due to the nature of WP, and it might take significant time to investigate and replicate the issue on our side, to be able to find the source of the problem, especially when the plugin or theme is not familiar to us.
So resolving conflict with other plugin or theme requires time and it in not something that can bi done for 5 minutes.
At this point you are first customer that contact us that using this page builder(I have to be honest we didn't hear it about it before) and learning how this product work and find it where is the conflict is something that require some time to investigate.
After detail investigation we think (we are still not aware of full functionality of this product) that we find some custom hook from Thrive Architect ( tcb_remove_deprecated_strings) that can be used because like I sad WordPress built in hook the_content is overwritten.

We believe that this is not perfect solution(hook that we used) because we are not familiar with this plugin, but we test it and it is working. There are a lot of functionality in this plugin.
To make this solution better you need to contact them and explain this, so they can give you explanation why they overwrite the_content hook and what is the best hook (their own) to filter the content on the page(in all cases how page can be created)
Every our customer get all our attention no matter what issue is. Some of them can bi done in 5 min some of them need more time or some of them are not possible to correct at all.

Thank you for your reply. Regarding the formulation, the accent is on "as advertised". If you knew that it is possible your plugin not to work with ANY builder or theme, then you should say this, and give a compatible builder list in your documentation.
I am surprised you don't know Thrive Architect. They are long time players and well-rated. From many points of view, their product is better than the other builders on your list. That's why I choose them. I invested a lot of time in building more 100 tables and charts with it (and wpDataTable), that's why I am so annoyed seeing that exactly the last piece is not compatible with it.
I am not going the make changes in your modules. It is a temporary solution anyhow, I will wait for your fix in an upgrade. Regarding contacting their support, I think you should do it. It is your bigger interest than mine, and you have the best technical expertise to know what to ask. Knowing your long response time, it would be a painful chore for me to intermediate between you and them. I have my own job.
What I want to ask you, however, is to copy your BMW demonstration page to my website. I will install WPBackery only for your details page until you will make it compatible with ThAr. I am pressed by time, do not like it, but this is the most time-efficient solution.
We provide you a solution to make work with TA and so far we can see that is working fine. It depends on you are you use it or not (something that we can not affect ) It will be probably included in core of the plugin after some testing.
Our dev team is very busy at the moment about preparing new major release and communication and resolving issue with third party plugin are not the priority.
Coping or giving data from our production site is not something that we can do. In other words, the page view can contain advanced components that are not in Gutenberg ONLY if there are no %column_name% references in them. So, your details view solution instead of compatibility with "many" third-party editors, in fact, it is NOT COMPATIBLE with any of them, except Gutenberg.
This, of course, includes WPBakery too, that is referenced in your documentation as an application example which made me believe that in Thrive Architect will work too. Again, a delusive docu error., which cost me a lot.
You would have spared me two weeks of pain and hundred of dollars if my problem had been studied by the developer who made this add-on. He/she, for sure, would have to know this limitation.
Meantime, I find another error, this time in the Excel-like view feature. But for this I will open another ticket.

Also, our developers provide explanation that we provide to you also in previous post how our plugin work and why is not working with TA at that moment. (attachment)
Our add-on is tested on mostly used page builders(Elementor, Divi builder, WPBakery..) that we mention before and filtering content is working fine and so far there is no any complaints about this functionality. We are constantly collect features and needs that our customer request on our Feature suggestion page.
If in future customers will need additional features, and if they appear in requests from time to time, so we will add to our idea list and look into some possible solutions on plugin side in the future.
