In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hello,
I am having one website, but there will be two domains for it. One for my German audience and one for Switzerland. Do I need to by the license for both, however it is just one installation of Wordpress?
The sites are translated with WPML. So, it's basically one website, but reachable under two domains (.de and .ch).

Thanks for your interest.
You need 2 licenses, because the domains are different, so the plugins will not be connected and they will be completely separated. You would be able to use one license if you instal it on one domain and subdomain.
