Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Catch you on the flip side!
Warm regards,
TMS
It’s not letting a schedule appointment for six hours before the appointment is due. We have the scheduler set for a 30 minute period before a person can make an appointment

same problem
Hi Jenn,
Can you please check if the working time for the employee is set so that 6h of the service can fit in that working time?
When this issue occurs this is probably related to settings for the employees and their working times.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

thank you for responding. All the employees hours are set ex. 9-6 with a 30 min lunch. iI have the time needed in advance to book appointment selected to 30 min before a customer can schedule appointment. It is blocking a 5 hour timeframe and on front end shows no availability, on backend it show no customer has booked any of those times even though back end is set to only 30 min needed in advance of booking. I even set it to disabled and it is doing same thing. This is causing lost customers and loss of revenue. If this is something that cannot be fixed I need a refund. I like the plugin but this is a major problem for my business.
also the appointment times of employees is set to a 30 min block per service ex. 9:00 - 9:30 9:30 - 10:00 10:00 - 10:30... we had to turn off plugin and post a message for customers to call to make an appointment because we are missing to many potential customers that should be able to set up through the plugin...
HI Jenn,
Ok it seems to me that the configuration of the employees is not good.
Since you bought the plugin, you now have access to our support agents that will probably ask for site credentials to login and take a look.
May I kindly suggest opening ticket in the Amelia category, and they will help you out. This category is for the pre-purchase questions.
Best regards.

Thank you and how long for a reply? My husband has already opened and submitted a ticket last night in the Amelia category. I would like to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
