We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi, thanks a lot for integrating zoom. As I understand it, at this moment Zoom is linked to service, is that correct? To me actually it is a location. I do hypnotherapy (1 service) and I can either do this online or on site, it's 1 service with two possible locations. Would it be possible to make it work this way?
I am my only employee (since I work alone) and location is linked to employee. If someone books a zoom appointment he/she will see my physical location instead of online in the summary which is confusing for my customer.
Also I cannot divide myself in two employees for two locations (Online & on site) because I'm only allowed a unique email address.
This makes it difficult to integrate zoom in a customer-convenient way...
Hello Francis,
Unfortunately, you can't enable Zoom for a location, or in your case I assume the locations are created as custom fields, so it is not possible to link Zoom to an option in a custom field.
For your use case, enabling Zoom would be achieved if you create two separate services - one for onsite and for online appointments, and enable Zoom for the online service.
If you have any further questions feel free to ask.
It's okay for me that it is linked to a service, but it confuses costumers that they still need to choose "location" from booking view after choosing an online service e.g.:
Booking View:
1. Service: Singing lesson - 20 minutes (Online)
2. Location: 3550 Slangerup
3. Employee: Mads Holm Andersen
Is it possible to hide "location" when choosing an online-service or to have a placeholder-choice like "Online" in location when customer chooses online services?
Somehow they get confused to get a physical location and address for something that is taking place online.
Hello Mads Holm Andersen,
Unfortunately, there isn't a possibility of hiding Location selection if a service where Zoom is enabled is chosen in Amelia with its built-in features. The location selection can be hidden only for all services on the front-end with adding custom CSS. I will add this as a feature request to our list.
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.
