Hi. I have a question about email notifications. I am trying to make a booking system for a GP clinic with 2 different appointments.
One of those will be made well in advance (usually more than a week) and a I want to send a notification 1 day before the appointment (Appointment Next Day Reminder = on)
The second one will only be made 1 day before, so there is no reason to have the Appointment Next Day Reminder on
Unfortunately, you can't turn off notifications for individual services. It's a good idea, though, and I'll forward it to our development team for sure.
You can limit the time available for booking in advance in Service settings, though, so I don't believe that's an issue.
I guess I was not too specific with my question, I will try to be more specific now
The 2 types of service are 1.Accute health check, 2.Periodical health check
The earliest when the patient can book his appointment won't be a problem
BUT
I want the 1st one to be possible to be canceled up to 45 minutes leading to the appointment (imagine this is an accute health check that is never made more than 24 hours before, and sometimes as soon as it comes, it also goes away the same way, so if the person books it 2 hours before, he should still be able to cancel it until 45 minutes before the appointment)
And I want the 2nd one to be possible to be cancelled NO LATER than 6 hours before the appointment
Again, I have no problem with going a little bit in the code or with some custom snippet. I would just really appreciate some level of guidance.

How can I achieve this ?
Some custom snippet maybe ?
Thanks

Hi again Sebastian
This too can be configured per service - individually. Just access the service, go to Settings tab, and under General you will see this option:
