You're selecting categories from which the services will appear on front-end. You can select "All categories", so all services will be shown in the drop-down list; or you can select a certain category, in which case only the services from that category will be displayed in the form.
Hi, I have selected to show everything, as you saw in the photo, but in the frontend you don't see the categories as they should be. Why?
in the frontend you should open a drop-down list to choose the categories, then once you have chosen the category, you should choose the service, then you should choose the employee and after the locations;
but this is not the case, because the category drop-down menu does not appear ...
thanks for your answer, but that's not good for me, because if I have the categories, for example: doctor, masseur, barber, manicure, tattoos ... a chaos comes out in the drop-down menu.
If I do as you suggest, you lose the UX of the "stepbystep" module and become a site like any other ...

Hello killex55
Thank you for your purchase.
In [ameliabooking] view you can't see or select the category, just services.
If you need your customers to select the category first, you need to use the catalog view, or [ameliacatalog]
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi again killex55
It's neither illusory, nor fake.
You're selecting categories from which the services will appear on front-end. You can select "All categories", so all services will be shown in the drop-down list; or you can select a certain category, in which case only the services from that category will be displayed in the form.

Bye
Exactly right, killex55
That is exactly what I told you in my initial response:
In [ameliabooking] view you can't see or select the category, just services.
If you need your customers to select the category first, you need to use the catalog view, or [ameliacatalog]
Let me explain it to you like this:
You have 3 categories, and each category has 2 services inside.
So when you choose "Show all categories" you will see 6 services in the services drop-down on your website without the category drop-down.
If you choose Category 1, you will see only 2 services in the services drop-down, without the category drop-down.
If you need your customers to select the category first, you need to use the catalog view, or [ameliacatalog] shortcode.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

I see killex55
