in the images below you can observe that on 8th of MAy, 14 th of MAy I have 2 bookings in pending status.

Now, when a visitor selects the same day / date [8th or 14th] to book his session then instead iof displaying other time slots, it is showing the same time slot for which the request has been received earlier but not yet approved by us..

what happens if i approve the request from back end?

then the entire date stands cancelled.

    Please help.

I will also add some more observations step by step:

    1. I choose a date - say 22.5.2020

    2. It populates several time slots as image 173 shows it.

    3. I book a slot [with pending status] with my name logged in, I get a confirmation and a thank you screen.

    4. I go incognito, select same date, now I can see only the selected time slot in step 3 and nothing else. image 174.

    5. I go to back end and
5[i]. Approve the appointment request made under step 3 above. I go to incognito and the day is now no longer available. image:  175 and 176 attached  in next reply.

5[ii]. Cancel the appointment request made under step 3. I go to incognito window and check again the available time slots for the same date. I find all the time slots. image: 177 and 178 attached in next reply.

I tried with a new date, in this case,

Check these 4 images 175 - 178 with respect to point no 5 and sub points 5[i] and 5 [ii] in my previous reply.

    Hi Amit

Please check Appointment settings in Amelia Settings:

    8138164020.png

If the first slider is disabled, your front-end customers won't be able to book appointment with Pending status above the maximum capacity. Once the maximum capacity is reached appointment will close and time slot will become unavailable.

If the second slider is disabled, your front-end customers won't be able to submit a booking unless they fill in the minimum service capacity, but once they book for any capacity above minimum, the time slot will become unavailable for booking for others. If enabled, multiple customers will be able to book the same time slot, without having to fill in the minimum capacity.

Also, please tell me how your service is set up - what's the minimum and maximum capacity?

    Kind Regards,
