We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

I have created a category and a service under it.

And now i am assigning a custom field to the booking form of a specific service.

While doing so, I am generating radio Buttons as follows:

Your preferred mode to avail this FREE session?

Option 1 [radio button]: Online - Over Zoom

Option 2 [radio button]: Onsite - Meeting In-person.

    My need from Amelia:

If the visitor clicks option 1 radio button, the zoom meeting must be integrated for his appointment. How can we achieve this?

Most of my suggestions will be directly applicable to coaches and therapist and independent consultants. If Amelia integrates these key features I am sure it will have a leading edge in market place.

    Regards.

    Hello Amit,

Unfortunately, there isn't a possibility to create a Zoom meeting or enable Zoom based on a custom field answer in Amelia. Zoom can be enabled or disabled for the service only under the Settings tab, in the Integrations section.

If you have any further questions feel free to ask.

Understood. But in continuation, I want to know the following.

    Case:1

I set up a service without zoom integration. Visitor books his session. So obviously in his notification emails he will not receive any links of a zoom meeting. Later on we decide to make this session/appointment to be conducted on zoom. Is there any option where through Amelia, I can send link to specifically that customer for that particular appointment only.

    Case2:

I set up a service with zoom integration. visitor books it. by default the appointment is in pending list. We confirm it. but now the customer wants to meet me onsite. Thus we have to remove the link. Now is there a option of doing so through Amelia.

    Please guide.

    Hello Amit,

No, there isn't a possibility of sending the link for Zoom in Amelia if you change that appointment to Zoom, you would need to manually send the link to the customers that booked that appointment.

You can't remove the link if you change the appointment to onsite, neither. The link is sent in the notification, so you can't remove it from that notification, since email is sent.

If you have any other questions or issues feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help.
