    Hi there,

    I recently purchased this plug in and I'd like to know if you can do the following -

    1. Can you add a custom payment method such as a Interac E-Transfer option

    2. When booking, can you change the filed that says”employee” or simply hide the title? It doesn't look right since for my use, there is no employee just one location.

    3. I have 2 categories with the same services, just different prices. In the Step By Step Wizard, all the services are shown together.  Can we show the categories to organize the services? Otherwise it’s just a long list of services and it’s not visible what category it falls under until you click on it. See attachment.

    Hi, please disregard my previous message. Like I mentioned, I just bought the plug in and want to fully customize it.  I have a few other questions so I'll put all of them in this message.

    Extras

    1. I've added "Extras" to my services. Is there a way to make some extras to be required? I need the client to chose between 2 extras. 
    2. There is no description of the extras in the Step by Step wizard. Is the catalog the only way to show extras description?
    3. Also, the description visible in the catalog has all sentences in on paragraph. I want to insert a new line for sentences in description to keep it organized and legible, because I'm explaining what's included in the extra. Please see the "Extras Description - how it is" and "Extras Description - how it should be" photos

    4. In the Pending Email to customer, I want to add the details of the booking request. I want a clean organized list of any added extras. This will obviously be different depending on the client and what they chose. But the way I wrote it there are empty spaces for the "extras" that were not chosen.  I want to get rid of the empty space and only show the extras that were picked. Please see the "Extras Email Placeholders - how it should be" and "Extras Email Placeholders - how it is" photos to better understand how

    5. In Catalog booking form, once you select an Extra you are advance to the information step. If the client decides to add more Extras, they cannot go back to add more. They have to cancel their request and start again. Is that right?

    Services

    7. If I add multiple services in one category, will the form load slower? For example I'll have 2 categories with 10 services each.

    8. Can I make certain services in a category available only at specific times?

    9. The time slots right now are every half hour (9-10; 9:30-10:30; 11:12; etc). How can I change it to be hourly, instead (9-10; 10-11; 11-12). Can I add a buffer time of 15 minutes? I see your minimum is 30 minutes

    10. Where to customize the "Thank you" message right after the form is completed and sent?

    11. Is there  way to view appointment in the order they were received not in the chronological order of the date and time of the appointment. 

    12. Can I add different payment methods other than Stripe and PayPal?

    13. I'd like to add a note from the "employee" at the end of the booking form preferably. Not a description of the service, but a note before "confirming". How can I do this?

    Thank you for your purchase.

    1. Unfortunately, no. At the moment there's no way of making extras be mandatory.

    2. Yes, the catalog is actually the only way to display any description regarding services.

    3. You can include HTML tags, like <br> for a new line, or <strong>text</strong> to make it bold. 

    4. Unfortunately, this can't be changed. You can add the extras in line, like:

    Extras: %service_extra_1_name%, %service_extra_2_name%, %service_extra_3_name%, etc. If they are only choosing one extra, that should suffice.

    5. Not really - when you select an Extra, the screen should be split into two, with the right side being the calendar, and the left side, the initial screen:

    Here you can still change the extra. Even if you select a date, and a time slot, you can click on Cancel, and it will return you to the initial screen.

    6. You can limit the services per Categories. If you wish to use the ameliabooking shortcode, you can use [ameliabooking category=1] for the services in 1st category. You can take a look at all our shortcodes on our FAQ page.

    7. It shouldn't, but this mostly depends on your hosting plan, and server performance.

    8. Yes, but since the services' availability is defined by employee's working hours, you would need to define which service would be available at what time by adding it to Employee's working hours in separate time periods.

    9. The minimum is defined in Amelia settings/General settings - Default Time slot step. It can be anywhere from 1 minute to 8 hours.

    10. You can change the Trophy image in ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/public/img folder. The file name is trophy.svg.

    Please note that when you replace it, the new image also needs to be .svg, and you have to name it "trophy.svg" in order to work.

    As for the strings included ("Congratulations" and "Thank you! Your booking is completed."), you can simply edit the translation files located in ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/languages/

    If you're keeping English as the default language, you simply need to add the translation strings in the ameliabooking-en_US.po file, found in en_US folder. I can suggest using Loco Translate, or POEDIT.

    11. Unfortunately, no.

    12. At the moment, no, but our development team has planned to include some other payment engines as well.

    13. If I understood you correctly, you can add a "Text Content" custom field.

    For future reference, please open a new ticket for every question. If you have a follow-up question to anything above, this ticket can get very long, and it makes it hard both for customers (since this is a public ticket), and our support managers to find any useful information if it's needed.

    Hi Aleksandar thank you for your reply. I understand I should make a new thread for each question but I'll do it by category. I will continue with the questions related to Add Ons/ Extras here, and make a new thread for the other ones. 

    Regarding the Add-ons

    1. Will you ever add a function like this? 

    3. I've tried adding <br> but the description remains the same, with <br> added to the text. You can view the booking form here: http://mirakistudios.ca/booking/

    Click on Shooting Area/ 1hr / Extras/ Full Access Light Modifiers

    You'll see that the description includes the <br> tag. Do I need to add it somewhere else?

    5. I see - the “Cancel” button is misleading making the user understand that if they click it, the whole process will be Cancelled. In reality the button acts like a “Back” button - is there a way to change the button title from “Cancel” to “Back”?

    Sure, no worries. I'll try to help you out as much as I can.

    1. Yes, it is planned, but when it will be added I can't say for sure. There are a lot of "priorities" at the moment, and we're trying to sort out what's been most requested by our customers, and doing that first.

    3. When I take a look at your page, and inspect it, I see this:

    No <br> tags anywhere, I'm afraid. If you can share the admin account credentials with me, I'll gladly remote in and take a look. Just make sure to enable the PRIVATE response, as this is a public ticket.

    I also noticed your page scroll is slow where Amelia is. Can you take search for "smooth scrolling" in your page builder settings, and disable it? It should normalize the scroll experience.

    5. You can install Loco Translate, find Cancel and change it to "Back". That should work.

    3. I see, I see. Unfortunately there's no way to move them in a new row. I thought you were referring to the Service's description, where it is possible to move to a new row using HTML tags. I just tried it through the database, but it doesn't apply to extra's description unfortunately.

    5. To fix the button, you can add this CSS to the page:

    #am-confirm-booking > div:nth-child(1) > div.dialog-footer.payment-dialog-footer > div.el-button.el-button--default {
    margin: 0 !important;
    }
    

    Unfortunately I can't access your website with the credentials you left me. Can you please check them and let me know? Smooth scrolling is still causing the bad scrolling experience.
