I want to make a booking form that will choose an employee dynamically. I know I can use employee ID, but that would mean I have to add the shortcode for each single entry- If I'm able to use User ID instead, it would be much better. We already mapped WP users with Amelia Employees
Right now I have this setup: Employees will create their profiles using Gravity Forms- I'm using one template so I need a way to map the booking form to an user. Amelia Employee ID isn't stored in the Gravity Forms, so I'm unable to do this dynamically
In this example, the Amelia Employee ID is 6, but the User ID is 37. The User ID is stored when the user submitted the forms.
Please see the attached photo.
Hello eyethstudios,
Unfortunately, this is not possible to achieve in Amelia. The shortcodes can't have employees dynamically, you can only create a shortcode for one specific employee/ID at a time.
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help.
