In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Is it possible to make the service to order only once at same time regardless of the number of employees who perform the service.

Unfortunately, there isn't such option in Amelia. There is a possibility to block all employees if one of them is booked in the database, but this applies to all services, so if one employee is booked for some service for one time slot, all the other employees and services are blocked for that time slot. If you want this please let me know and I will explain what you need to change in your database.
Another work-around would be to connect several employees to the same Google calendar, but again in this case, if one of them is booked for any service, the other employees will be blocked for that time slot for any service they are assigned to.
