Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Catch you on the flip side!
Warm regards,
TMS
We have an integration with WooCommerce and some bookings are showing up on Amelia but others aren't.
For example we have a class at 11am with a capacity of 12 people which currently shows in Amelia with 0 bookings. However, the order has been processed through WooCommerce for that class.
Hi Briony,
Thank you for your purchase.
Sorry but I did not quite understand what the issue is here. Can you please describe me more, so I can give you my suggestion.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

Hi Bogdan.
A customer has booked a place on a class via Amelia.
They have paid via WooCommerce.
The booking does not show up in Amelia, only in WooCommerce.
Hello Briony
I'll take over Bogdan's ticket.
There could be a conflict with another plugin or the theme you have active on your website.
Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for wpDataTables, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.
If the issue is still present I'll need to remote in and take a look.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi again Briony
Thank you for the credentials.
However, I see WooCommerce hasn't been enabled as a payment option in Amelia:
Also, I don't see the "Appointment" product in WooCommerce, which indicates that WooCommerce wasn't activated yet in Amelia (or that it was deleted). When WooCommerce is activated as a payment option, this product is created, but you're able to choose other products and link them with Amelia. If you wish to do that, that product should be removed from your website's listing, so it can't be bought outside of Amelia, to avoid confusion.
You don't have any services created:
Only events. But they are not connected to WooCommerce. Did you change the settings?
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
