We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello
I need to know how i can generate a password for costumer in costumerpanel? To have acces to view all booking of a costumer.
And how it is possible for a costumer to book more than one events with one connection?
Hi Andreas,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
In the Roles Settings you will find option under the customers tab "Require password for login". Check if it is enabled. If yes, the next that you need to do is to add %customer_panel_url% placeholder in the email notification that will be sent to the customer. Once customer receives the notification he will see link to the panel where he will first have option to set password (you cannot set it, the customer does that).
As for the booking of multiple events at the same time, unfortunately something like this isn't possible at the moment.
Best regards.
Hi Isidora
OK when a customer books every week more then one classes (Events) he must always write his name, lastname, e-mail several times in succession... in the form? You have a solution for simplify series bookings?
A other question: can i stop that the customer becomes a confirmation-mail after every booking?
Thank you very much
Andreas
Hi Andreas,
At the moment, only if customer is logged in the WordPress his data will be populated in the form, but we will probably add option that when customer is logged in the customers panel his data will be populated as well.
As for the confirmation email, unfortunately something like this isn't possible since we have two emails -Approved and Pending, and they are made to inform the customer about appointment status, if you disable it that means that new customers will not receive emails as well.
Best regards.
