I would like to be able to populate a table with JSON data from a JavaScript instead of querying a MySQL table or calling a URL. Is this possible?
Can the source URL for a table be changed via JavaScript? If so, please send an example or a URL to an example.
Can a table be requeried using JavaScript?
Thank you.
Hello John
Thank you for your interest in wpDataTables.
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features. We don't have APIs.
You can create tables from JSON only by passing the URL, like described in our documentation.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
