In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

You can change those labels in the settings in the section "Labels" at the bottom left. Here is a screenshot in German.

Yes, like Heinz said, the strings are because Labels are enabled in Amelia -> Settings and when this setting is enabled the strings that you set there will override Employee/Service strings in the plugin. This option is for users who want to have something different for these strings instead of employee/service. So, if you don't need it you can disable it and the plugin will use the strings in the Italian translation.
