We have integrated hangout call using Zapier and Web-hook. It works perfectly fine. We want to know how can we use Amelia SMS to send Appointment information along with hangout call link? Is there any to achieve it?
Also, what feature,functionality or integration we can expect by Amelia's next update?
Unfortunately, there's no placeholder for that, so you wouldn't be able to include the link into Amelia. If integration with Hangout becomes native, as it is now with Zoom, it will be included.
I can't say what will be included in the next update because the whole COVID-19 situation moved priorities around, and stuff like Zoom that was planned to be developed in Q3 2020 got released last month.
We're planning on releasing the Employee's front-end panel and new Customize feature, but I can't say if those will be included in the next update or not.
