    Hi.

I need to create events that are 45 minutes long.

Unfortunatly I just can see periods of 30 minutes in the back-end of AMELIA plugin.

Sorry but I canno't find solution in your doc.

Can you tell me how to reach this please ?

    Thanks.

    Hi Gilles,

I am a happy customer and have some time to support you with this.

You can set slot times from 1 minute up to 8 hours in the general setting of Amelia.

Unfortunately the screenshot is in German but you might see where to find it.

    Hello Gilles Dumas,

    Thank you for your purchase.

Yes, like Heinz said the periods of time for the time slots in Amelia are set by the option Default time slot step that you will find in Amelia -> Settings -> General. So, choosing another time period there is solving the issue.

If you have any other questions or issues feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help.

Thank you for helping out, Heinz!smile.png
