Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

When a customer enters his customer panel (frontend panel) he is automatically positioned at the current day.

To look for his appointments, he has to click on every single day until he finds the apointment/s.

Is it possible to have a display view (at the frontend customer admin panel) with all the appointments? or at least, a monthly view with all the appointments of this month?

    Thank you

    Hello Alvaro,

In the customer panel by default the current week is shown. You can choose a date range for which appointments will be shown like in the back-end on the Amelia -> Appointments page, you don't need to choose one date/day at a time. So, first you click on one date in the calendar and then you can click on another one in the future and that way you will choose a date range (from the first date till the second date) for which appointments will be shown. This way customers can choose one month for which appointments will be available in the list.

It isn't possible to have all appointments shown in the panel without choosing the date range, unfortunately, with the Amelia's current built-in features.

If you have any further questions feel free to ask.

Thank you very much for your answer Marija.

I hadn´t realize that you can select a date range (maybe it could be written somewhere at the customer panel; it is not obvious for customers to find it out).

Anyway, it would be very useful (and I think a feature you have to consider seriously) that all the appointments a user have, are shown by defect at the customer panel. I think it is a basic feature. Don´t you think so?

    Best regards.

    Hello Alvaro,

    You are welcome.

I will forward this to be considered for implementation - adding some label for the date range filter.

I will add this as a feature request so it can be considered for future implementation. I assume we will need to consider how it could be implemented - as that would only be helpful for customer who don't have a lot of appointments. And if someone has a lot of appointments it wouldn't be that convenient.

If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help.
