We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello
I bought your plugin.
And I have some questions.
I have two different rooms for rent.
I have already created two services for each room in different categories.
The services are distinct. But in the calendar they are linked. When making a reservation for 9:00 am until 9:30 am. The other service is no longer available for booking.
I have already realized that this is because the employee is the same and can only accept a service per hour.
Employees are not important to us. Is there an option to allow employees to accept more than one service for the same time?
How can I allow both rooms to be booked at the same time?
Hello Sérgio
Thank you for your purchase.
Unfortunatley, employees can't work on more than one service at a time.
The workaround for this would be to create another employee which will be assigned to the second room. This will bring up a new select-box on front-end - "Select an employee". Since this is not a mandatory select-box, it can be hidden, so "Any Employee" is always selected.
When you configure that, I can help you hide the unnecessary "Employee" fields from front end with some CSS. I'll just need you to provide me the URL to the page where the booking form is.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi again Sérgio
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately at this time our developers are not accepting any custom work.
They are very busy at the moment, working on some priority tasks and fixing bugs and issues with our plugins, so they won't be having the time for custom work in near future.
But we can recommend these services for customization:
https://codeable.io/?ref=l1TW1
https://wpkraken.io/?tms-plugins
They do develop such solutions, so can you please send your inquiry to them?
As for the time slots:
One employee can be assigned to both services, but there's no way you can limit when a certain event is going to be accepted. Meaning, people will be able to book the 30-minute long service at 09:00 and 09:30, if those time slots are available.
Adding working hours per periods wouldn't work either, since when you add a 1-hour long service at 9:00, your employee will be unavailable at 9:30.
As for the CSS, that should do it.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
