According to your docs, the Employee last name is a mandatory field. In my business its not required. Can I turn off validation for this one field. I really like your software and would be very sad not to use it just because of this one simple thing

Hi Bogdan, thanks for the reply. I think you misunderstood my question. I have lots of employees but they are listed by their first name only. I want to create an employee but only want to enter a first name, I dont want to have to enter a last name

I'm going to have to with another plugin sadly. Yours met all my requirements apart form this issue.

Just be aware for future releases. The plugin was going to be used for a beauty therapy business. The therapists all go by their first names only. I can't add a default last name because it would look quite odd when the booking is made for "Maryanne DefaultName". I know there are a lot of business that use first names only. A good option would be to have "Name" only rather than "First name" and "Last name". It would make it more international too!

You have it as an option for the phone number and email, so I doubt it would be too hard to implement. I am a coder but can't take the risk of buying your plugin and editing it myself, only to have my edits reverted on the next update.
Also allowing hooks and filters would be great option, then people can customize as needed.
