You would need to do this with custom CSS. A customization like that is not included in the provided support, but if you can provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, I will gladly take a look, and see if I can help you out real quick.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Sure, you can rearrange the order of buttons and blocks in that line, but each block and/or button is styled differently so you need to change the style using some CSS, to make it work.
I tried real quick, but weren't able to make it work. It would require more time dedicating to this, and we don't have the time to deal with custom work at the moment.
But we can recommend these services for customization:
I want to put in the same line the buttons 'print', 'export', and the "search bar" and "rows per page bar".
