Hi, i changed the domain. Now I have no access anymore to the old one. How can I activate Amelia on the new one without deactivate it on the old one?

    Please help!

    Hello Julia,

    Thank you for your purchase.

Apologies for replying late, Friday was a non-working day in our country and we don't work on weekends.

We recently added a possibility for you to manage your domains in our store. So, please access the store and you will see the Manage domains button, so you can delete the old domain there and then you will be able to activate Amelia on your new domain.

    Hello Marija,

    thanks for your fast reply.

I tried to change it there. But it didn't work.

I can click on the Button and see our old domain (atelierbrautraum.at) but I cannot change it (brautraum.at).

    Kind regards,

    Julia

    Hello Julia,

    You are welcome!

There isn't an option to change the domain in the store, but there is an option to delete the old domain. Could you please tell me do you have the delete option for the domain? If yes, delete it and then activate the purchase code for your new domain on your website.

    Hello Marija,

    it´s still not working.

I deactivated every single plugin and there is still no possibility to activate or do anything.

What are we doing now? That took so many hours..

Can we get a refund? I think we will have to look for a new tool, unfortunately.

Or do you see another way?

    Kind regards,

    Julia

    Hello Julia,

I forwarded this to the development team so they can check it out and I will get back to you as soon as I get some feedback from them.
