Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

    Hi.

So I am trying to implement this booking system for my customer who owns 2 GP clinics. I have couple of requests to how the booking should look. I would be really glad if you could help me and tell me if its possible to make it work this way

    1. The customer (patient) visits the website for the 1st time and he has no account. My requests are the following
      - block the booking form for him before he registers
      - give him an option of registering (I have no problem with using a 3rd party plugin)
      - after registering he can book his appointment
    2. Before booking the appointment, he has to decide which clinic he's going to visit, and which service he'd like to get (vaccination, regular health check etc.) so here I am thinking about actually making 2 booking calendars, 1 for each clinic.
    3. after logging out, he should not be able to book or check his appointment before logging in again.

Thank you for any help and clarification.

    Hello Sebastian

    Thank you for your purchase.

    1. Not entirely possible. You can enable "Automatically create Amelia Customer user" in Amelia settings/Roles/Customer settings, and as soon as the non-registered customer books the first appointment, their account is created, and they receive the notification and link to set up their password on their email. If you still need to keep the setup you've asked us, you will need to use a 3rd party plugin which will not allow access to the booking page to non-registered users.

    2. You can add clinics as "Categories", and then display the booking form in [ameliacatalog] shortcode, which will allow them to choose the category first.

    3. That's something a membership plugin can do, and is not included in built-in features of Amelia.

    Kind Regards,
