So frustrated! I have purchased Amelia. Set it up. Tested it. Every time someone goes to book an appointment, The payment block does not show up. I have tried to use woo commerce and then went to Stripe.
It will not display a cart after the client tries to book the chat. So right now they are free. which is not helping me in this virus situation. Please help me fix this. I have read everything online and it is not working. Tod

Did you create Cart and Checkout pages in WooCommerce? You should go to WooCommerce Settings/Advanced and see if you have any pages defined for Cart and Checkout.
If you don't, you need to create two pages, and then select those pages in that menu.
As for Stripe - you need to verify if you're using the correct credentials. There are Test and Live credentials, so you should check if you're using correct credentials.
Please note that you can't use Live cards with Test credentials, and vice versa.
If you have any further issues with the plugin, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
