You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

I am thinking of using Amelia for rebuild of my website. I have a few questions and I am hoping you can help with this. For the sake of clarity, we'll have patients and doctors and Me (the website)
Scenario
Doctors register / are listed on my website - they charge $50 per hour.
Patient registers on the website to book an appointment with the doctor.
The Patient pays via my website
Doctor gets paid/receives money
Patient has appointment
Questions
1. Is there a way that I (the website) can take a booking fee/ % of appointment fee for the appointments for the doctors? This is set/decided somehow?
2. Is there a way that the patients can leave reviews of the doctors for potential patients to see?
I've been looking at the website and it looks like these things are missing (or I have missed them somewhere.

Sadly, neither of the options are not possible in the plugin.
There isn't an option for setting up a booking fee in Amelia, and there isn't a possibility of leaving reviews for the Employees, unfortunately.
