If I can only have one email address per client how do I address the problem of creating a booking for a young child of the client parent?

    Hello Michael,

The email field don't need to be mandatory in the booking process, there is an option to disable the email as a mandatory field in Amelia -> Settings -> General if that would help your use case.

For some mail service providers like Gmail for example, there is an option to connect multiple emails to one address, so if your email address is [email protected] all these emails are connected to that email address : [email protected], [email protected], etc. So you can try that out for your mail service provider, maybe it is the same.

    Hope this helps!
